To remove the SRAM cranks with BB30 axle (both MTB and road), first loosen the center nut on the right side (side of the chainrings). Right in the center we will see a cover with four points and inside the hexagonal hollow for an allen key. We put our allen key and turn in the anti-clockwise direction. Initially it can be very hard and we will need to do a lot of force, then once it's released it's easier. You will see how the crank comes out as you turn.

Once the right crank has been removed, it is enough to give a small blow with the rubber hammer on the axle to remove the crank on the left side with the axle.
