With this pulley for 42 teeth or more sprockets used in 1x10spd and 1x11spd transmisions, chain fits better both on the large sprocket (chain is separated), and on the small sprocket (chain is nearer). Bearings sealed for a smooth operation, and narrow-wide teeth to improve shifting. Recommended even for normal cassettes.
