With this OPI Tube for Cannondale Lefty you can use any standard stem for 1 1/8 steerer tubes. This OPI tube is available in different lengths.

Once installed, the tube leaves 55 mm in length above to install the new stem, with enough margin to install spacer washers or cut the excess (reducing the final weight).

To find out the right size, it is best to look at the bottom of the tube you are currently wearing. The measurement is usually written there in millimeters, and that is the one you should choose. If that number does not appear, measure the frame's steerer tube from the base of the headset to the included upper headset cup (see image). That measurement in millimeters is the measurement that corresponds to the following sizes:

S-M: 97mm.
L: 109.7mm (110mm).
XL: 122.4mm.
XXL (Standard): 134.4mm (134mm) (160gr).

NOTE: These sizes (S, M, L,...) are NOT related to the size of the frame, it is simply a classification by tube size made by the manufacturer.
