Select the brake pad compound:

• Organic (Clarks brand): improved performance at low or average temperatures of the brakes. They wear out sooner. Ideal for XC and AllMountain bikes where brake use is lower.
• Sintered (Brako brand): improved performance at high brake temperatures (cold brake less than organic). They wear out slower. Ideal for Freeride and DH bikes where much braking, or for mud conditions.
